Estelle Linney - Counselling and Eco-therapy

Counselling

Assessment Session

Our first session will be to explore and identify how you are feeling and what issues are currently causing you concern.  We will discuss what you wish to gain from counselling and how we can work together to achieve that goal. Throughout counselling, you will always have complete autonomy as to the direction you wish to take in exploring any difficulties you are currently experiencing.

Fees:

Counselling and EcoTherapy

£50/hour. Payment by cash, cheque or card.

I also provide limited concessionary spaces and rates if you are on low income (students, unemployed or in part-time employment).

Person-centred therapy uses a non-authoritative approach that allows you to take more of a lead in discussions so that, in the process, you will discover your own solutions. I act as a compassionate facilitator, listening without judgment and acknowledging your experience without moving the conversation in another direction. I am there to encourage and support you and to guide the therapeutic process without interrupting or interfering with your process of self-discovery.

If you feel you would like to gain more self-confidence, a stronger sense of identity, and a greater ability to build healthy interpersonal relationships, together with having greater trust in your own decision making, then you could benefit from person-centred therapy.

The person-centred approach, alone or in combination with other types of therapy, is also helpful for those who are suffering from grief, depression, anxiety, stress, abuse, or other mental health conditions.
